Two scale Modeling of Water Molecule Atoms and Overall Water Mesoscale EM Galilean Fields

INTRODUCTION

If the water physics should be considered on the scales starting from the smallest particles available right now with the more or less justifiable features along the scaleportation Upscale methods, for example, to the mesoscale approximately close to the Continuum scales of Continuum physics, this should reveal, and has revealed the nature of all scale water physics features, phenomena. That are different for different scales.

That is why so many physicists and chemists have been finding so many different features in a "simple" substance of water. Not knowing that water is just second the most used and in need substance for humans, but really complicated substance while we need to study and understand it with the new methods of Hierarchical Scaled Physics (HSP) that is the only approach now allowing to open the "secrets" of water.

Without mysticism of frivolous advances and techniques that claim for many decades the "structured" water cleansing, treatment, "healing," "improving," etc., etc. And at the same time - don't even know - How the water molecules can look like? and How the water molecules are structured?

We start here with the few outcomes of HSP that have been used for studying, advances on these phenomena.
